At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want to ensure your climbing gear is the perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached, as safety equipment like harnesses and ropes cannot be returned once opened.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, include your receipt, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for safety compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
